Information regarding Oklahoma State University’s Mental Health Services can be found at this link. 
 
If you are a student with an urgent need, an on-call counselor is available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. After 5 p.m. weekdays, weekends and holidays, a counselor may be reached by contacting the OSU Police at 405-744-6523.  
 
If you or someone you know is in a mental health crisis, call 911 or the OSU Police immediately.

Students may also Call SAM (Student Assistance by Mercy), which is a free 24-hour call center staffed with counselors that will assist with getting you the help you need. You can also call or text 988, the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline.

The Student Counseling Center offers individual and group therapy, grief counseling and crisis counseling. OSU students receive six free counseling sessions with subsequent sessions being $15 that are charged to your Bursar account. 
 
As an FYI, there is usually a 1-3 week wait for your intake appointment depending on time of year. 

GRAND Mental Health offers counseling services to OSU students at no cost. 

Labyrinths provide an opportunity for self-care and healing. Labyrinths inspire creative thinking and promote inner wisdom. OSU has two labyrinths: the Morril Labyrinth and the Botanic Garden Labyrinth.

The Alcohol and Substance Abuse Center (ASAC) promotes and provides innovative, campus-based services that improve the well-being and quality of life for OSU students. 
 
Using alcohol to deal with a difficult situation? Want to stop vaping or perhaps talk about reducing your use of alcohol or other drugs? The Alcohol and Substance Abuse Center (ASAC) is committed to providing quality, confidential services for OSU students affected by problems related to substance abuse. 
 
They promote and provide innovative, campus-based services that improve well-being and quality of life. The goal of the ASAC is to help students maximize their potential by supporting their intellectual, personal and social growth.

The Walk-in Clinic offers free clinical consultations to students without a scheduled appointment. Sessions are on a first-come, first served basis and can last 60-90 minutes.

The Walk-in Clinic is staffed by a front desk attendant, counselor, and intern. Students can complete the necessary paperwork, screening and brief consult by phone or in person. 


If a student is waiting in the Walk-in Clinic waiting room after 2 p.m., no further walk-in sessions will be available that day. Students will be asked if there is another time they can come in within the next few days or if they would like to schedule a day and time for their screening.

The Reboot Center offers a quiet and inviting space for students to relax and unwind. Students can check out items such as blankets, iPads, journals and more while in the Reboot Center.

The Reboot Center is an ideal place for quiet and relaxation. With comfortably soft seating and low lighting it is the perfect place to find a sense of calm. The Reboot center is free to students, faculty and staff with no appointment needed. 
 
The Reboot Center allows users to check out items such as weighted blankets, aroma dough and more. They also offer free fidget toys, coloring books and journals to Reboot Center users.
